Despite COVID-19: We are there for you
The rapid spread of the new corona virus SARS-CoV-2 is currently causing a lot of uncertainty everywhere.
Also at TRsystems GmbH, system area Unidor, this is of course an issue.
Here we inform you about the measures that we have decided for our way of working in the coming weeks
To reduce the risk of the virus spreading as much as possible:
- Expansion of home office to avoid having to go to the office (by public transport).
- If possible, internal meetings are held using web meeting tools.
- Business trips are avoided wherever possible. Many things can also be done in this case via online tools
discuss and advance.
So please understand if we may postpone meetings with you or will be held online.
Even if these alternatives never replace face-to-face meetings, we believe it is more correct, if in doubt
minimize health risk for each individual.
- Free division of working hours for e.g. Childcare.
- Introduction of extended hygiene measures in the company.
- Introduction of a "shift model" in production.
What does this mean for you and your orders / projects?
Are we still available for you?
Yes. We may not be able to respond to your inquiries at the usual times. However, we will be in everyone
Report the case back to you, usually with little delay. But you will likely see only a few differences
notice if anything.
Are projects / delivery dates delayed?
We would like to answer this question with a clear "No" and, as usual, work hard to ensure that everyone
Deliveries / projects are completed on time and in the quality that you expect from us. Still can
in individual cases e.g. due to canceled appointments, delivery bottlenecks with suppliers or illnesses to delays
If this specifically concerns one of your projects / deliveries, your contact person at Unidor will
get in touch early and find a solution with you.
Is data protection at risk?
No. We built and secured our systems a long time ago so that they were both one
enable time and location-independent work, as well as meet the high data protection requirements,
which the legislator specifies.
You may feel restricted by one or more of these points, and we can
understand very well. Nevertheless, we consider it appropriate to take these steps in the sense of risk assessment
and hope for your understanding in this exceptional situation. Should you still have concerns
or have any questions, we are of course always available and we are sure that we are in
find a good way together in these cases!
