where do i find the project date?

Go to first setup. There you find the project number and date. Please tell this number to our service or in your request. Then we can help you immedeatily.

where do i find the serial number?

On the back side of all systems you have a label. There you find the serial number.

Which cP systems i can directly update to 4.0?

All versions higher 2.9.4 can be updated directly.
